Job Responsibilities:
Plan and Execute Machinery Maintenance:
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment.
- Ensure all maintenance and repair works adhere to specifications, are completed on schedule, within budget, and accurately documented.
Perform Routine Inspections and Preventive Maintenance:
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to optimize machinery performance and extend equipment lifespan.
Coordinate Internal Communication:
- Liaise internally between operations teams to address machinery breakdowns and operational concerns.
Manage Data and Inventory:
- Coordinate data collection on auxiliary materials from operations teams and report on a weekly basis.
- Manage receipt, maintenance, and monitoring of machinery parts inventory.
Analyze Maintenance Data and Prepare Reports:
- Collect machinery maintenance repair data and costs for analysis.
- Prepare monthly machinery reports detailing maintenance activities and performance metrics.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Undertake additional tasks as required to support operational needs and project requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or Equivalent.
- Preferably with at least 3 years of working experience dealing with heavy foundations machinery.
- Those who have experiences in machinery spare parts will have added advantage.
- Knowledge of any ‘Enterprise Resource Planning’ (ERP) software will have added advantage.
- Resourceful with positive attitude and able to work independently.
