Job Responsibilities:
· Prepare, review, and maintain loan agreements, collateral documents, and other credit-related documentation.
· Ensure that all documentation complies with regulatory standards and internal bank policies.
· Coordinate with relationship managers, legal teams, and compliance departments to ensure timely completion of documentation.
· Monitor loan portfolios for compliance with credit terms and conditions.
· Assist in the preparation of credit reports, analysis, and presentations for management review.
· Maintain accurate credit records, including payment schedules, collateral values, and customer files.
· Oversee the loan disbursement process, ensuring all conditions precedent to disbursement are met.
· Process loan drawdowns, repayments, and adjustments in line with approved terms.
· Track loan performance and communicate with clients regarding any discrepancies or issues.
· Ensure adherence to banking regulations, policies, and procedures regarding credit administration.
· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
· Minimum Diploma in a related discipline
· 5 year of relevant experience within the banking industry
· Able to start immediately or within short notice
