Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to clients' inquiries regarding accounts and trading matters through various communication channels.
- Ensure a seamless client experience to enhance retention and satisfaction.
- Oversee the accurate and timely execution of client trades.
- Handle other trading responsibilities, including risk assessment and trade report preparation.
- Contribute to key projects such as the introduction of new products, platform enhancements, and other related tasks.
- Assist with any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
- Comfortable with shift schedule (Overnight as well)
