Responsibilities:
· Responsible for IT professional service pre-sales support and IT solution reviewing
· Responsible for Huawei IT products post-sales support, includes low level design, user accept case and etc.
· Require to work as a team with either regional/HQ or local team.
· Require to be able to present technical solution professionally and have technical training for local channel partners and customers.
Requirements:
· B. SC in computer science/engineering/ related telecommunication majors
· Minimum 10 years of working experience for IT solution delivery and maintenance.
· Proficient in SAN/NAS Storage, Virtualization, Windows/Linux/Unix system
· Proficient in Data migration and Disaster recovery
· Experience in cloud operations, develop infrastructure automation scripts and participates in the continuous improvement of cloud solutions.
· Experience in administering and maintaining servers across virtual platforms
· Lead the technical work of service business scenarios such as product complex project delivery, operation and maintenance
· Preferable with related certificate, includes Huawei HCIP/HCIE or other IT certification
· Preferable with Knowledge of databases architecture, such as Oracle / MySQL
· Preferable with IT post-sales experience in FSI and Government
· Ability to communicate bilingually in Mandarin and English is essential in order to liaise with Chinese speaking head office, stakeholders, counterparts and customers.
