· Handle the quality issues related to Stamping process for internal, external, sub-con, suppliers and other Molex entities.
· Assist Engineer to verify the non-conformance complaints and provide the disposition to the affected lots within the time frames.
· Perform failure analysis for the customer complaint lots with support engineer to provide the analysis report.
· Involve in the COPQ group discussion and assist engineer to follow up on the quality issues related to Stamping process.
· Follow up on the suspected lots with blocking in SAP system and monitor closely on the block stocks.
· React as back up for component programming team to support the analysis of the quality issues.
· Create, review and/or update inspection SOP, inspection checklist, control plan or special inspection instructions (SII) when needed.
· Ensure all documents (SOP, SII, WI, Control Plan and Inspection Checklists are updated regularly.
