Job Description:
- Prepare invoices for monthly billing, monitor payment and update records
- Prepare quarterly GST submission
- Assist with quotations and followup on sales enquiries
- Handle payroll such as computation of salary and CPF submission
- Assist in Human Resource matters such as recruitment and work permit application
- Responsible for general administrative duties such as filing, purchase of office stationeries, scheduling vehicle servicing etc.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of related working experience in finance/ accounting field. Non experience can be considered as training will be provided.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially word and excel
- Able to start work in a short notice period
- Candidate must be comfortable working alone in the air-conditioned office and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
