Job Title: Maintenance Engineer (Security Systems)
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Engineer to join our team, specializing in the setup and troubleshooting of security-related systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in various security systems and be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. This role involves working closely with customers, vendors, and contractors to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our security systems.
Key Responsibilities:
· Setup and Troubleshoot Security Systems:
o Install, configure, and troubleshoot various security systems, including:
Ø CCTV systems
Ø Access Control systems
Ø Intercom systems
Ø Visitor Management systems
o Ensure all systems are functioning optimally and address any issues promptly.
· Analyze and Design Network Architectures:
o Develop and design network architectures and diagrams for security systems.
o Ensure network designs are robust, scalable, and secure.
· Coordinate with Stakeholders:
o Liaise with customers/end users, vendors, and contractors to address project and maintenance needs.
o Ensure clear communication and coordination to meet project timelines and standards.
· Perform Standby Duties:
o Be available for 24/7 standby duties as required by the Supervisor.
o Respond promptly to any security system issues or emergencies.
· Ad-Hoc Tasks:
o Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.
o Be flexible and adaptable to the needs of the team and organization.
· Team Collaboration and Independent Work:
o Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
o Prioritize and manage work schedules to meet deadlines and project goals.

Requirements:
· Must be a Singaporean citizen.
· Minimum qualification of Higher Nitec in Electronics.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
· Excellent communication and coordination skills.
