JOB SCOPE
- Manage sales of food and handle cashier duties;
- Provide good customer service;
- Responsible for allocated stall outlet operational needs such as:
- Opening &/or Closing of Food Outlet
- Simple preparation of food ingredients in a hygienic manner (e.g. wash & cook rice, wash vegetables)
- Support the cook / chef in the display presentation and garnishing of cooked food
- Liaise orders with suppliers and check for the consistent quality of purchased goods,
- Perform general housekeeping, including maintaining the cleanliness of freezer/chiller storage,
- utensils/cooking equipment, entire kitchen and storefront;
- Follow F&B safety and hygiene policies and procedures
- Other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned by cook / supervisor
