Job Title: Growth & Content Marketing Specialist


As a Growth & Content Marketing Specialist at MIJ Hub, you will be responsible for developing and managing the content strategy across our diverse group of brands, including but not limited to our F&B and lifestyle ventures, as well as MIJ Hub. You will create and oversee content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, websites, advertisements, and email marketing campaigns. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our content is engaging, consistent, and aligned with the unique voice and strategic goals of each brand.


Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies for MIJ group of brands. Create compelling and high-quality content for social media, blogs, website copies, ad copies, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Influencer & KOL Campaigns: Lead and manage collaborations with influencers and KOLs to boost brand visibility and drive campaign success. Identify relevant influencers, manage partnerships, and ensure alignment with brand values.
  • Editorial Calendar Management: Plan and manage an editorial calendar for both brands to ensure timely and consistent content delivery across all channels.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee the creation, scheduling, and posting of content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Engage with the audience and monitor social media trends to adjust strategies as needed.
  • SEO Optimization: Ensure all content is optimized for search engines to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, and other departments to align content with overall marketing strategies and goals for both brands.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations for improving content effectiveness and engagement.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain and enhance each brand’s voice and ensure all content is consistent with their values and messaging.
  • Campaign Support: Develop and support content for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and target audience needs for both brands.


Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in content strategy, content creation, or digital marketing. Experience in managing content across multiple channels is essential.
  • Influencer Marketing: Proven experience working with influencers and KOLs, managing partnerships, and running successful campaigns.
  • Content Creation & Editing: Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
  • Social Media Expertise: Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, trends, and best practices. Proficiency with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • SEO Knowledge: Proficiency in SEO principles and techniques to optimize content for search engines. Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot), email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot), and basic graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze performance data and provide actionable insights using analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Collaboration & Creativity: Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams, paired with a creative mindset to develop fresh content ideas.


Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Work Location: Singapore, Hybrid Role (3 days in office)
