Scope:
To handle full set of accounts for monthly closing which includes :-
- Raise invoice and journals
- Input of invoices and payment of invoices
- Preparation of suppliers’ payment
- Cash book maintenance
- Cash flow projection
- Monthly Management Reports
- GST preparation and submission
- Tax preparation and submission
- Preparation and sending out the monthly Statement of Accounts to customers
- Quarterly, half yearly and year-end financial closing.
- Preparation of Financial Statements for year-end closing
- Preparation of Audit Schedules
- XBRL preparation and submission of Financial Statements
- Assist in internal and external audit
- Ad hoc accounting scope as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Accountancy with 3 years of full sets experiences is ideal
- Team player
- Well versed in Accounting standards and regulations
- Meticulous and detailed
