This will be a 2-years contract position.
Responsibilities
- Gather project requirements, analyse project objective/goal in order to create customer workflows and troubleshoot errors
- Create dynamic and scalable Salesforce applications
- Engage with stakeholders to validate business requirements
- Develop Apex classes & triggers to support business needs and custom user interface development
- Integrate SalesForce API with 3rd party systems and WoG components/services
- Ensure proper documentation
Requirements
Experience in:
- Apex development
- Visualforce page development
- Lighting components development
- 3rd party API integrations
- data migration through other CRM eg. data loader
- administration setup (managing org, users, profiles, roles, security controls, data & support processes configuration)
- designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layout, workflow, approval processes, validation rules & flow
- report & dashboard configuration
- OmniStudio & Omniscript experience advantageous
Additional Requirement
- 5 years of Salesforce development experience, especially with Service Cloud
- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer
- Independent worker
- Able to provide optimal solutions with good problem solving skills
- Effective engagement with customers/business stakeholders and provide consultation on Salesforce solutions
