Requirements:
- Degree or Degree with Honors.
- 1-2 years of experience in volunteering management and outreach support.
- Meticulous and good in MS Office.
Description:
- Plan, execute, and monitor the Volunteer Program and its operation processes.
- Manage and handle volunteer recruitment.
- Design volunteer training/briefing materials and execute training session as required.
- Plan, organize, and disseminate volunteer deployment and coordination correctly.
- Track & monitor KPIs, progresses, resources, and budget of volunteer programs.
- Manage Volunteer Management system.
- Act as main point of contact for volunteers. Gather feedback.
- Other duties as assigned.
