Salary Package: Up to $10,000 (+AWS)
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the implementation of new ICT systems, while conceptualizing and executing related initiatives.
- Facilitate project activities to ensure a smooth and successful rollout of all systems.
- Oversee the change management process for system enhancements and coordinate with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables and providing updates on any delays.
- Manage application development and maintenance by liaising with users and external suppliers, ensuring their needs are addressed effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with users, understanding their needs, managing expectations, and providing necessary support.
- Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) and adhere to audit requirements.
- Provide regular status updates on the progress of application development and system maintenance.
Requirements:
- Completed full SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) projects.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working within the public sector or government agencies.
- Experienced in Agile project development.
- Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) processes.
- Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools.
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and low-code platforms for form-building.
- Knowledge of implementing systems in a cloud environment such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (GCP).
