Responsibilities
ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
(a) Ensure timely closure of the Account Payable, Account Receivable and other modules as prescribed by
superior(s);
(b) Ensure that accounting transactions are only recorded in the financial reports if they have been properly
documented and approved;
(c) Coordinate with other department staff on creditors invoice matters;
(d) Provide support to the necessary administration functions;
(e) Under the WSH Act, employees have a duty to keep their workplace and colleagues safe:
· Cooperate with employers and follow safety and health procedure;
· Report unsafe acts and incidents;
· Do not tamper with safety devices or perform wilful or reckless acts; and
(f) Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time as your superior(s) / management deem fit.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
