Job Overview
As an Executive Assistant - Strategic, you will play a crucial role in assisting the company to achieve our strategic objectives. Your responsibilities include conducting various analyses, supporting business negotiations and transactions. You will work closely with the CEO and senior executives of the company to understand objectives, identify execution alternatives, recommend solutions that will assist with not only the launching of the school, but also to enhance business efficiency, profitability, and growth. You will also be responsible for providing administrative support to the senior executives of the company (secondary). The successful candidate is someone who is hard working, analytical, quick on their feet, a strong problem solver, resourceful, adaptable and be willing to take on challenging projects. Candidates with previous experience in overseeing renovations, procurement, e-commence operations or logistics are considered a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to help identify business needs and translate them into detailed functional and technical requirements.
- Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to assess business performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Creating clear and detailed documentation, including business cases, process flows, use cases, and system specifications
- Working with team members to develop solutions that meet business objectives, and ensuring that these solutions are feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with strategic goals.
- Serving as a liaison between different parties, ensuring that all parties understand the requirements and objectives of a project
- Assisting project managers with planning, execution, monitoring and communication. Helping to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the organization’s needs.
- Managing budgets or assisting in financial analysis for executives.
- Documenting processes, meeting minutes, and decisions. Using business analysis skills to create detailed, structured reports that can guide decision-making.
- Presenting data in a clear visual format (charts, graphs) using tools like Excel or PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant educational background in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience with financial management software.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and ability to interact effectively at all levels within the company.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to speak Chinese/Mandarin is an advantage.
Working Conditions:
- This position typically operates in a professional office environment.
- Regular business hours, but flexibility in schedule may be required to accommodate CEO's needs and occasional evening or weekend work for special events or projects.
