Job Scope:
- SAIS Billing
- Running of RPA bots to download billing reports, split billing reports, process Workday invoices, prepare invoice mapping files, etc.
- Resolve disputes and address agencies’ queries on SAIS invoices or billing processes.
- Work with WOG contractors, GovTech billing team, GovTech product teams and ITSM to follow up on disputes and queries raised by agencies.
- Work with RPA vendors to resolve bot issues, raise service requests, provide requirements, and perform UAT for enhancements to the bots.
- SAIS Monthly Dataplan Billing
- Data Collation for Dashboards
- SAIS Welfare Admin work

Requirements:
- Must have knowledge in RPA bots and understand how the bot works
- Hands-on experience in RPA bots such as UI Path will be an advantage
- As the issues encountered by the bots are quite dynamic, he/she will need to know how to read & understand the error messages and resolve the issues independently.
- The role will require him/her to be meticulous and handle large volume of data for 50+ agencies, handle many excel files and to ensure the numbers in the invoices are accurate
- Excellent communication ability
- Need to be independent to review through multiple excel files and liaise with various parties to investigate disputes and provide resolution
