Job Overview: The Business Development Manager will be instrumental in driving the growth and expansion of ACE Management Services. This role involves identifying new business opportunities,forging and nurturing key relationships, and developing strategic initiatives to boost the company's market presence and revenue.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential new markets, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Develop and implement strategies to enter new markets and expand the customer base. Identify potential partnerships, alliances, and acquisition opportunities to drive growth.
  2. Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote ACE Management Services and identify new business leads. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
  3. Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans aligned with the company's growth objectives. Collaborate with senior management to set revenue targets and develop strategies to achieve them. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development activities and adjust strategies as necessary.
  4. Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a high conversion rate. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms for the company.
  5. Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis. Identify and mitigate risks associated with business development activities.
