DSC (31 Kelantan Lane), our outpatient clinic for the diagnosis, treatment and control of Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) in Singapore.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Assist the Clinic Executive to manage daily clinic operations and supervise PSAs at counters.
• Perform registration, billing and appointment booking for patients.
• Prepare & issue daily cash float and handle cash collection.
• Monitor clinic queue performance and consultation waiting time.
• Assist to attend to patients' feedback.
• Schedule duty, leave rosters and deployment of PSAs.
• Conduct regular staff roll call and pep talk sessions.
Job Requirements
• Diploma in Business Studies or its equivalent
• Frontline counter experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
