Procurement and Shipping Administrator
Working days: Monday - Friday + *Alternate Half Sat WFH (if busy)
Working hours: 9am - 6pm
Location: Marina Square (Promenade MRT)
Salary: $2500 - $2900
Responsibilities
- To process Purchase Orders.
- Verify suppliers’ order acknowledgment and flag up abnormalities with suppliers: Specification, Quantity, value, and production dates.
- To match packing lists with orders and highlight any short-shipped components.
- To arrange and manage the shipping of goods
- To update orders and shipping information into Weekly & Master Record.
- Liaise with suppliers / forwarders & warehouse for deliveries.
- Filing of documents: Hard and Soft copies
- To upkeep Master library (product brochures & materials).
- To manage & arrange showroom and mock-up deliveries.
- To manage showroom and mock-up inventories.
