Job Descriptions
•Purchase and maintain office assets such as equipment, furnishings, fixtures, and fuel.
•Oversee maintenance of the office, building, vehicles, and office machinery.
•Manage and renew vehicle and machinery insurance, NEA licenses, road tax, vehicle inspections, etc.
•Assist in the purchasing and selling of products and vehicles.
•Manage service contracts.
•Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, word processing, and faxing.
•Handle the printing of office materials including business cards, invoices, letterheads, and envelopes.
•Perform any other administrative duties as assigned.
