Expressions seeks a motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to drive sales growth, enhance brand visibility, and execute effective marketing strategies for our beauty salon business.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Development:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including potential clients and partnerships, to expand the customer base.
- Lead initiatives in lead generation, focusing on digital marketing and online sales techniques.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Manage and respond to online enquiries to support customer acquisition and maintain a strong digital presence.
Marketing Execution:
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (online and offline)
- Create engaging content for social media, website, email marketing, and other digital platforms to increase brand awareness.
- Communicate with influencers to enhance brand visibility and engage with target audiences.
- Manage and optimize the company’s website, including content updates and lead generation.
- Organize promotional events, product launches, and workshops to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities for business growth and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the HR Operation & Sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
- Collaborate with the beauty consultants to ensure consistent brand messaging and high service standards.
- Collaborate with the HR team, beauty consultants, and beauticians to coordinate marketing activities and strategies aimed at enhancing sales performance.
Reporting & Budget Management:
- Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities, performance, and ROI.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently to maximize returns on investment.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferabbly with retail marketing experience
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media and content marketing.
- Preferred knowledge in using CapCut and/or Canva for content creation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
