This is a 12-month contract role.
The incumbent is required to support the commissioning and start up (CSU) of the Crux Project Topsides with primary focus on Process Systems. The Crux Project Topsides is currently being constructed in Singapore Fabrication Yard. Job responsibilites include the following:
- Develop a plan, schedule, and budget for all Commissiong & Start Up (CSU) activities
- Execute an integrated project schedule
- Deliver Cost Reductions
- Identify and develop contracts for field services used in the commissioning of projects (3rd parties for Leak test, lube oil flushing, and PSV testing)
- Identify and purchase required commissioning spares
- Gather project information and develop CSU procedures for Technical Assurance and project execution
- Ensure Technical Integrity Verification (TIV)
- Active engagement with: Asset Teams, Project Teams, Discipline Engineers, Shell Technical Authorities, other Local, Onshore and offshore CSU team members, Venture Teams, HSE Advisors, Contractors and Service Providers, etc. in order to meet required CSU deliverables
- Ensure Technical Integrity and Process safety of all project systems in through defined CSU process ( Inspection Test Record (ITR) validation, safe chart validation, system design verification, and Start-up support
- Monitor and manage completion of CSU activities against the integrated schedule
- Participate in Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) ,Site Iintegrated Test (SIT), and Inspection Test Plans for projects
Requirements
- Masters degree in Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years' experience in relevant industry
- Strong Communicator with ability to manage stakeholders, and ability to integrate between function disciplines
