Job Description
University Health Centre (UHC) set up under NUS, is a holistic healthcare provider for the NUS community. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team under UHC to provide quality clinic and administrative supports, patient care related duties and excellent customer service to our stakeholders.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform cashiering duties and reconciliation of daily collections.
- Perform counter duties including appointment scheduling, registration of patients, medical check-up, etc.
- Answer telephone calls and deal with enquiries appropriately.
- Track and file medical records and reports.
- Perform other clinic and administrative supports, or ad-hoc departmental projects/activities as assigned by the management.
Qualifications
- GCE "O" Level / ITE / Diploma Holders.
- Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in Healthcare setting will be advantageous
- Strong passion to serve patients.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette.
- Independent, meticulous and good team player.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
Tenure: 2 years contract
