Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute sustainability initiatives, incorporating management systems and innovative technologies, in collaboration with industry experts and tech partners.
- Perform life cycle assessments and craft customized approaches for energy and carbon management.
- Evaluate data-driven insights and offer expert recommendations to clients, ensuring clear communication and adherence to regulations. Design bespoke strategies for enhancing energy efficiency, as well as water and waste management.
- Create gap analysis reports based on collected data.
- Track and minimize carbon emissions for property owners, aligning with governmental goals to achieve net-zero emissions.
- Lead workshops and seminars to promote environmental responsibility among clients.
Requirements:
- Candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, or a similar field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in sustainability management, facilities management, or a related area.
- Possess knowledge of energy management, building systems, building technologies, and government sustainability initiatives.
- Has experience in project management with a track record of managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Brings along experience in data-driven reporting and strategy formulation.
