- Oversee and manage all cleaning related activities at various customer sites. Experience in managing a large cleaning crew.
- Manage and monitor site cleaning duties, coordinate work activities and operations, including site inspection, sanitation, statutory compliance and on-site safety, WSH policy and guidelines.
- Responsible for the upkeep of equipment and machinery.
- Tracking/Ordering consumables and supplies.
- Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) to employees including the proper and safe manner of routine cleaning using equipment & machiner.
- Recommend and execute operation plans to improve work processes and service quality.
- Managing resources, work procedures, cleaning operations and attend to work incidents.
- Handle employees work concerns and issues.
- Provide direct supervision to cleaners in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the assigned sites.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Others or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
