Job Title: Accounts Assistant/Senior (Outsource)
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with proven track records of accounting background and experiences to join our esteemed organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Book-keeping and preparation of multiple sets of accounts for our clients in full but not limited to:
- Perform double-entry accounting to record and process all business transactions such as (sales, purchases, payables, receivables, cash, inventory, accruals, prepayments, capital structure, and finance cost) in the accounting system
- Reconciling of accounts payables/receivables
- Preparation of relevant accounting schedule
- Assist in cash management and payment processing
- Payroll processing
Position Requirements:
- Min bachelor in accounting, finance, business, or related field
- Min 3 years of experience in full set of accounts
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Zero
- Proficient in using payroll management software
- Meticulous with good accuracy and attention to detail is a must
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn
- Good communication and writing skills
