The Assistant Finance Manager supports financial operations, focusing on reporting, budgeting, cost control, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial reports and assist with monthly reviews.
- Help with budgeting, forecasting, and tracking variances.
- Monitor costs and support expense control.
- Manage cash flow and assist with audits and compliance.
- Supervise junior staff and assist in process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS, GAAP).
- Experience in the food manufacturing industry is an advantage.
