Assist the HR manager to oversee HR Department & manage the full spectrum of HR Functions and adminstration.
- Provide HR support to the Manager on recruitment, performance review, employee relations, compensation & benefits.
- Conduct orientation to new employees.
- General HR administrations, such as preparation of appointment letters, confirmation letters, memo and etc.
- Coordinate with Operations Department to evaluate on the next course of action after being notified of any disciplinary case.
- Conduct exit interview. (For foreign resignees)
- Liaise with relevant ministries and agencies to process Work Permit, S Pass, Employment Pass for Malaysians (TS), Non-Traditional Sources (NTS), People Republic of China (PRC).
- Implementation of HR policies and recommend appropriate practices to ensure consistency and long term substainability of HR policies.
- Carry out any other duties as and when assigned by immediate supervisor or higher management.
- Involved in recruiting process, in connecting workers, negotiations, explainations of contracts.
- To apply, renewal work permits, arranging medical checkups, purchase of security bonds, air tickets for repartiation and home leave employees.
- To apply and ensure MWOC is secured for employees.
- Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive.
- Demostrate leadership abilities.
- To assist other departments managers when necessary to gain exposure in other areas.
- Undertake any ad-hoc projects assisgned by superior/management team from time to time
- To arrange for Medical/WICA insurance yearly renewal and process any claims pertaining to workers medical/wica case.
