Responsibilities:
- Manage HR duties such as hiring, onboarding, learning and development, remuneration and benefits, and talent acquisition.
- Help the management oversee the operational and administrative facets of the workplace
- Draft employment contracts, resignation letters, staff confirmation letters, promotion letters, and other HR-related correspondence.
- Oversee the hiring and recruitment procedures, which include conducting interviews, checking references, bringing on new hires, onboarding them, and more.
- Determine and convey the difficulties in recruiting personnel, and make workable recommendations for recruitment strategies and campaigns to achieve the hiring goals.
- Conduct exit interviews to gather input for better staff retention and manage the process of clearing out an employee.
- Make sure that applications, renewals, and cancellations for work permits are tracked and handled.
- Oversee the insurance claims processing.
- Help with reviewing pay and benefits, benchmarking salary surveys, and analyzing employee engagement surveys.
- Manage the complete processing of the monthly payroll computation as well as the ad hoc processing of referral fees and commission payments.
- Organize, plan, and oversee the planning of meetings, events, and other activities.
- Obtain and provide to staff members office supplies, business cards, uniforms, company stamps, etc.
- Oversee the upkeep and sanitation of office supplies and machinery, including copiers, air conditioners, water dispensers, and other items.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in HR related.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Singapore HR practices and Employment Act.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
- Knowledge of Unit4 Prosoft HRMS is an added advantage.
