Working Location: North (Senoko)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm; Alt Saturday: 8.30am to 12.30pm
Responsibilities:
- Handle car warranty submissions.
- Store and accurately record all tangible goods covered by warranty claims.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the designated products when it comes to tracking and filing paperwork for warranty items for all service centers employing principals.
- Manage the warranty audit with the help of the principals' auditors and internal auditors.
- Keep track on and update on technical recalls.
- Send principals technical reports.
- Give the workshop technical advise.
- Talk about technological failure with cross-functional leaders and staff.
- Examine the reasons behind the inability to provide local fixes when the principals' decision is unfavorable.
- Assemble and carry out technician technical training.
- Collaborate with training facilities to arrange training programs and internships
- Help with the analysis and calculation of service contract costs.
- Carries out as needed tasks given by superiors
Requirements:
- At least 1 years of working experience in automotive repair and technical service, warranty administration with SOP and documentation
- Experience in technical investigation and report writing
- Study Background related to Automotive Engineering (preferred)
- Able to handle basic negotiation between principals and internal stakeholders
