Working hour : Mon to Thu: 8:30 AM to 5:45 PM, Fri: 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM
Salary : up to $5000 per month
Contract : 6 months (reneable/ convertible)
Location : Boon Lay / Pioneer MRT
Responsibilities:
- Screen and shortlist resumes submitted via various career portals, conduct phone screening and surface potential candidates who meet the job requirements to hiring managers
- Pro-actively source and reach out to potential candidates to engage them on career opportunities with university
- Plan and coordinate recruitment events such as recruitment fairs/ career talks to maintain a strong employer brand presence
- Identify opportunities and drive improvement initiatives to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment workflows and processes
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR function, preferably in organisations with high volume of recruitment
