Responsibilities:
- Support the development of L&D strategies and conduct Learning Needs Analysis at enterprise level, with learning interventions appropriately designed and deployed
- Manage enterprise-wide learning programmes
- Introduce technology-enabled and micro learning modules into the L&D framework
- Responsible for ensuring effective leverage of grants and subsidies offered by the Singapore Government
- Work closely with vendors
- Execute roll out of Employee Engagement surveys and initiatives with guidance from COE
Job Requirements
- At least 10 years’ experience in talent development, organizational development, professional development, adult learning, or other related people field
- Experience in designing and leading onsite and online L&D initiatives
- Proven ability to get things done in a highly matrixed and relationship-based organization
- Proven skills with managing multiple projects in a rapidly changing environment and the ability to work to tight timescale
