Duties
- Manage the full spectrum of Human Resource Management functions including payroll
- Manage manpower planning needs and work closely with line managers on the full recruitment process
- Facilitate on-boarding of new employees
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and employment laws
- Monitor headcount changes, compilation of HR report and periodic budget preparation & projection
- Review and execution of HR policies and procedures
- Maintain the employee’s database and achieve the target set for key HR indicators
- Administer staff benefit, payroll administration and performance management
- Participate in projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 2-3 years of related HR experience preferably in a healthcare environment
