Job Description
- Lead and manage the finance operations team, ensuring smooth day-to-day financial processes.
- Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Manage the full audit process, including preparation, coordination, and execution.
- Handle tax matters, ensuring timely filing and compliance with local and international tax regulations.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure effective use of the ERP system for financial data management and reporting.
- Collaborate with senior management to drive financial strategy and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Monitor and enhance internal controls and processes to improve efficiency and safeguard assets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in financial regulations to ensure the company remains compliant.
The Successful Applicant
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification and relevant degree in Accountancy or Finance.
- Proven experience in the F&B or Retail industry.
- Strong understanding of financial operations, reporting, audit, and tax compliance.
- Experience working with ERP systems (MS Dynamics, SAP, etc)
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
