Responsibilities:
- Plans, develops and implements staff recruitment. Arranges for advertising of job openings, screening resumes, arrange interviews of applicants, arranges on-boarding process of new employees, and provides information on conditions of service, pay and promotional opportunities.
- Provides support to the rest of Human Resources Team of the group when needed
- Implement the performance review process to the local team according to the corporate guidance
- Delivers effective reporting and analytics on all aspects of Human Resources
- Develops, plans and formulates corporate agreements, offer letters, and other employee documentation
- Provides advice and information to management on HR information needs
- Supports travel and expense systems
- Supports legal department administrative needs
- Perform full spectrum of monthly payroll processing, as well as the insurance and benefits
- Manage work passes which include application, renewal and cancellation.
- Manage of employee insurance claim.
- Manage and report employee complaints and issues
- Submission of all government and related claims e.g. CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS make-up claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters, and etc.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
[Must]
- Min 3 - 5 years of relevant HR experience
- Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product (ADP preferred)
- Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to succinctly communicate changes and tailor their message to the audience
- Ability to keep information confidential
