As a .NET Back-End Engineer Intern, you will work closely with our experienced
engineering team to design, develop, and maintain the back-end systems that power our
application. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including
building APIs, integrating with third-party services, optimizing database queries, and
implementing scalable and secure infrastructure.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable back-end systems using C# and the .NET framework
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality code
- Research and stay up-to-date with the latest .NET technologies, best practices, and industry trends
- Document and communicate your work to the broader engineering team
PROFILE
- Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Proficient in C# and the .NET Core framework
- Experience with ASP.NET, Web API, or other back-end web technologies
- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ORM tools (e.g., Entity Framework)
- Understanding of software design patterns, clean code principles, and best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with cloud-based technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS)
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker)
- Knowledge of agile software development methodologies
- Exposure to front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular)
