工作职责：

根据 FunLab 的政策、指导方针、框架和理念来计划、监督和交付项目。
准备和实施计划和适合年龄的教具和课程。
准确记录孩子的进步，并单独解决孩子的教育和发展需求。
完成孩子每学期的进度报告，并为每个孩子准备一份发展档案。
通过每日的联系簿与家长沟通。
始终使用积极的纪律技巧。
负责教室的教学资源、布置、外观、装饰、学习环境的维护。
熟悉所有工作课程文件、手册和政策手册。

工作要求：

幼儿保育与教育大专文凭 - L2 教师资格证
富有正能量与积极团队精神
听从主管和上司的指示
优秀的沟通和课堂管理能力
教育发展知识
全日制老师
