· Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
· Proficient in scripting and automation (e.g. Python, Shell Scripting).
· Strong knowledge in SQLfor database management and querying.
· Familiarity with Cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes).
· Understanding of monitoring and logging tools (e.g. Prometheus/Grafana, ELK Stack, DataDog).
· Experience in IT infrastructure and workflow automation.
· Good troubleshooting skill.
· Good written, communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Keen and open to learn new technologies.
