Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the management and analysis of learning-related data within the organization.
- Be responsible for optimizing data processes, ensuring data accuracy, and providing actionable insights to enhance the Learning and Development (L&D) functions.
- Develop, implement, and maintain databases and systems for capturing, storing and organizing learning-related data.
- Use data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python) to extract, analyze, and interpret learning data, identifying trends and insights that inform L&D strategies and operations
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reports on key metrics budget utilisation, course completion rates, and training effectiveness
- Streamline workflows across the L&D team to enhance efficiency, reduce duplication of effort, and increase productivity
- Collaborate with IT and relevant teams to integrate systems and automate data flows between platforms
Job Requirements:
- A degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- More than 5 years of experience in data management, analysis, or a related field, preferably in Learning and Development
- Experience with learning management systems is preferred
- Proficiency in database management, and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
