Job Description:
As a School Security Patrol Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the school premises through regular patrols during designated hours. The role requires individuals who are physically fit, diligent, and capable of working during odd hours. You will be tasked with safeguarding the school grounds, particularly during early mornings and evenings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol the school premises from 4:00 AM to 6:00 AM on weekdays (Mon–Fri). Personnel may return home to rest after completing the patrol.
- Conduct evening patrols from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on weekdays (Mon–Fri). Personnel may return home to rest after completing the patrol.
- Occasionally perform overtime duties past 8:00 PM when required.
- Patrol the school premises on Saturdays when requested by the school leadership.
- Perform any additional security or ad-hoc duties as directed by the school's leadership.
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Fridays at specified odd hours (4:00 AM – 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM).
- Occasional Saturdays when required.
- Sundays and public holidays generally off, unless instructed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least primary school education with good spoken English.
- Must be physically fit and healthy, capable of frequent movement, walking, carrying, and lifting objects.
- Candidates with at least 3 years of experience working in a school environment will be given preference.
Additional Information:
- Working hours are non-negotiable.
- Overtime duties may be required based on school needs.
