Secretary (5 Months, Covering Maternity)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to COO & CEO.
  • Answering and handle phone calls.
  • Organising internal and external meetings.
  • Organising travel and itineraries.
  • Managing highly confidential correspondence and information.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
  • Proficient in MS office.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with efficiency, flexibility and has excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong time-management and organization skills.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently.
