We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Subang Jaya within the ICT sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience managing ICT projects, coupled with strong technical knowledge. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to lead cross-functional teams, and a readiness to travel as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage ICT projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
- Collaborate effectively with diverse teams including developers, engineers, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status updates, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
- Travel to client sites and project locations as required.
- Utilize project management tools and software to track project milestones and deliverables.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the ICT sector.
- Solid understanding of ICT technologies, systems, and project management methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally and occasionally regionally.
