We are seeking a Revenue Management Agent/Officer to join our Pricing team. You will be responsible for generating and increasing passenger revenue & profit based on the strategy of pricing and revenue management across 13 countries in Asia and Oceania region. You will be assigned to take responsibility of multiple markets.
What you will be doing...
- Formulate pricing, fare rules and conditions by analyzing different data, reports and market intelligence in order to be competitive in the market.
- Assist the responsible markets by giving advice, assist promotions and approving special discount fare requests.
- Collaborate across departments to implement promotional strategies to attain company revenue targets.
- Evaluate agencies and cooperate performance based on different sales programs.
- Filing all the fares that have been formulated and ensure fare accuracy.
- Make detailed analysis and make suggestions for the next step.
- Create reports and presentations for meetings.
- Co-ordinate with your responsible markets in Asia/Oceania as well as Head Office.
- Work closely with Joint Venture (JV) partners for JV pricing and approvals.
- Support team members and perform other administrative functions.
Key Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- 2 - 5 years’ experience in marketing & sales data analysis.
- Singapore Citizen/Permanent Resident Only.
- Pricing and revenue management experience in airlines, hotels, cruises, travel packages, or other similar industries will be an advantage.
