We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive/ Accountant to manage full sets of accounts, oversee tax compliance, and ensure accurate financial reporting. The successful candidate will also provide guidance to junior team members and liaise with external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full sets of accounts and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including the preparation of management reports, financial statements, and XBRL reports.
- Prepare corporate tax compliance work and ensure all statutory requirements are met.
- Handle quarterly GST return filing and computation to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Supervise and guide junior team members, providing support and reviewing their work as needed.
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as clients, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management to support the finance department’s needs.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong experience handling full sets of accounts and preparing financial reports.
- Experience with corporate tax compliance and GST return filings.
- Ability to supervise junior staff and work collaboratively with external parties.
- Familiarity with XBRL reporting is an advantage.
