Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
- Prepare and format correspondence, reports, and presentations in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Maintain organized records and filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Communication Facilitation:
- Act as a liaison between English and Mandarin-speaking clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Translate documents and communications as necessary to support business operations.
Data Analysis:
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and presenting data to aid in business decision-making.
- Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for tracking key performance indicators and project status.
Project Coordination:
- Support project management efforts by monitoring deadlines, tracking progress, and assisting in resource allocation.
- Organize events and meetings, including logistics and materials preparation.
General Office Duties:
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations within the department.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role is advantageous.
