- Maintain full sets of accounts and prepare monthly management accounts
- Accounting for property development/investment projects
- Loan administration functions
- Liaise with auditors, tax agent and consultants on compliance matters
- Manage cash flow and working capital
- Support the team on ad hoc assignments and project implementation
