As the Club Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our exclusive club lounge.
Our Expectations:
- Provide personalized and attentive service to guests in the club lounge, including check-in/check-out processes and addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Train and evaluate club lounge associates to maintain a high level of service excellence.
- Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, presentation, and overall ambiance within the club lounge.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to coordinate services and resolve issues promptly.
- Actively promote club lounge services to guests, driving revenue and ensuring optimal utilization of club facilities.
- Knowledge of the daily VIP and lobby movements and requests.
- Develop and manage budgets for club lounge operations, monitor expenses, and achieve revenue targets.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. Oversee security measures for guest and property protection.
- Build and nurture relationships with frequent guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Manage and coordinate events held in the club lounge, providing exceptional service for private meetings, social gatherings, and special celebrations.
- Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges.
- Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system.
We are looking for a self-motivated Club Manager with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You should have an eye for detail and observant with ability to adapt to ever changing requirements and needs of customers.
