With a steady stream of referrals from our direct marketing and servicing teams, you will have abundant sales opportunities. You'll conduct financial needs analyses for customers, providing sound advice on the best financial products to meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide sound financial advice through proper fact-finding and reviewing customers' financial goals.
- Maintain long-lasting relationships with both existing and potential customers.
- Capitalize on sales opportunities through customer events, financial reviews, and branch engagement activities.
- Increase our customer base by proactively acting on leads from our database and setting up appointments with potential customers.
- Ensure sales conversion by leveraging referrals from Branch Services colleagues.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience is required!
- A diploma or degree in any field.
- CMFAS certifications M5, M9, M9A, HI, BCP, PGI are preferred but not necessary.
- Motivated by performance-based incentive structures and enjoy seeing tangible results from your hard work.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping customers achieve greater financial competency.
