Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Operations Team in managing daily business operations efficiently.
- Coordinate car movements, ensuring vehicles are properly parked at designated locations.
- Ensure smooth and effective operations to optimize overall efficiency.
- Oversee the handover and takeover of vehicles at various locations.
- Coordinate and assist with various operational matters, providing support when needed.
- Escort vehicles for inspection at various centres, including new or rental cars.
- Assist the Manager with administrative tasks related to vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Wash and detail vehicles for delivery when necessary.
- Take on additional tasks assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Candidates should have at least a Primary/Secondary School/‘O’ Level qualification in any field.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on thoroughness and accuracy.
- Able to identify challenges and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- A self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and strong initiative.
- Excellent communication skills, able to proactively address operational issues with the team and management.
- Propose innovative solutions for continuous operational improvement.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Junior Executives are welcome to apply.
- Class 3 license
