- Analyse process workflows and apply process improvement techniques
- Gather business requirements from process owners and map work processes for various fuctions/departments
- Conduct process assessments to identify suitable use cases for RPA or automation using technology or available tools
- Create process documentation i.e. scorecard, process definition, solution design and user document
- Design, test and implement solutions as per the delivery lifecycle
- Troubleshoot reported errors, identify root cause and provide timely resolution
- Identify best practices and continuous improvement in RPA solutions
- Conduct RPA, automation related training
Requirements:
- Min Degree in IT/Data/ Computer Science with RPA/ Process Automation experience
